1. INTRODUCTION
Why focus on food and clothes?
• Food and clothes are important for everyone. Therefore
these procucts are produced, traded and consumed in
large numbers all over the world.
• When we look at the environment and climate of our
planet, these products are important, because the
production and transport uses a lot of natural ressources like
energy or water.
