Human intervention on natural

landscapes causes natural habitats loss,

since urban areas, infrastructures (roads,

powerlines, railway, etc), crops occupy

areas previous dominated by natural

habitats and ecosystems. Adding up to

the physical loss of natural areas, habitat

configuration impact builds-up -habitat

fragmentation.
